The special thing about this Britax Römer reboard child car seat is its 360° rotation. Simply twist your child car seat toward the open door of your car and enjoy how easy it is to put your little one into the seat and fasten him or her by using the built-in five-point harness that keeps your little one safe in the seat. We recommend you to transport your child in a rear-facing mode a s long as possible. In the event of an accident, the impact of a collision is absorbed and buffered by the back of the child car seat. The forces that occur are spread evenly over the head, neck and upper body. When you child has reached a body height 76 cm, you can easily twist the seat so that your child can travel in a forward-facing mode.

The child car seat features twelve sitting positions in both forward-facing and rear-facing mode as well as an ergonomic flat lying position and thus provides your little on with ultimate comfort throughout his/ her first years. The deep, soft side wings are not only soft padded, but also work as protecting cocoon. What’s the difference between the Dualfix M i-Size and the Dualfix i-Size?

As standard, the Dualfix i-Size features a newborn insert which allows you to use it right from birth and up. The Dualfix M i-Size comes without this seat reducer and thus, is only suitable for being used after the infant car seat period.

Procedimiento para la devolución de mercancías y dinero en efectivo:

Usted tiene derecho a desistir de la compra en un plazo de 14 (catorce) días naturales sin necesidad de justificar el motivo.

El plazo de desistimiento expirará a los 14 días a partir del día en que usted o un tercero por usted indicado, distinto del transportista, adquiera la posesión material de los bienes.

Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, deberá notificarnos: SIA “TehEksperts”, Krasta iela 89, Riga, LV-1019, tel.: +349 36940118, correo electrónico: info@bm.lv (puede presentar el formulario de desistimiento o una declaración en formato libre).

Durante el plazo de desistimiento, usted solo podrá utilizar el producto con fines de verificación (como en una tienda): examinarlo visualmente, comprobar la talla; no realizar manipulaciones (incluido no retirar las láminas protectoras, no activar el software/SO, etc.).

En caso de desistimiento, le reembolsaremos el importe abonado en un plazo de 14 días desde la recepción de su notificación. Los gastos adicionales por un método de entrega más costoso (exprés, entrega en un horario específico, etc.) no serán reembolsados.

El producto deberá devolverse en la tienda bm.market, Krasta iela 89, Riga, sin demora indebida y, en cualquier caso, en un plazo máximo de 14 días desde la notificación. Al recibir envíos por mensajería exprés/servicio de mensajería, podremos registrar el estado visual y la integridad del producto; se le enviará una copia del acta por correo electrónico. Si solicita que organicemos el servicio de mensajería, lo gestionará una persona responsable de bm.market; los gastos del mensajero se deducirán del reembolso (importe según ubicación en Letonia).

Los gastos directos de devolución correrán a cargo del comprador, salvo que previamente hayamos acordado por escrito asumirlos.

Usted será responsable de la disminución del valor del producto si lo utiliza de forma distinta a la necesaria para su comprobación. La disminución del valor se documentará de manera justificada mediante acta y material fotográfico/vídeo.

Ejemplos orientativos de disminución de valor:
– Solo paquete abierto, producto completo, sin daños
– Embalaje dañado (roto/mojado), producto sin usar
– Falta de accesorios/documentación
– Ligeras señales de uso (láminas retiradas, microarañazos)
– Signos visibles de uso (arañazos, manchas, horas de funcionamiento)
– Personalización/activación irreversible (software/licencias)
– Productos de higiene que, tras abrir el envase, no se pueden devolver (Reglamento CM Nº255, 22.5.)

El derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a los casos previstos en el punto 22 del Reglamento del Consejo de Ministros de 20.05.2014 Nº255, incluidos:
· el precio del producto depende de fluctuaciones del mercado financiero;
· el producto ha sido fabricado según especificaciones del consumidor o personalizado;
· el producto es perecedero o tiene un corto plazo de validez;
· el producto, por sus características, tras la entrega se mezcla de manera inseparable con otros bienes;
· envase abierto de productos que, por razones de salud o higiene, no puedan devolverse.

Nota: para personas jurídicas y trabajadores autónomos la garantía comercial es de 1 año, y no se aplica el derecho de desistimiento de 14 días.
