Jei prašote organizuoti kurjerį, tai atlieka bm.market atsakingas asmuo; kurjerio išlaidos bus išskaičiuotos iš grąžinamos sumos (suma priklauso nuo vietovės Latvijoje).
Tiesiogines grąžinimo išlaidas padengia pirkėjas, nebent mes iš anksto raštu sutikome jas padengti.
Jūs atsakote už prekės vertės sumažėjimą, jei ją naudojote kitaip, nei būtina patikrinimui. Vertės sumažėjimą pagrįstai fiksuojame aktu ir nuotraukomis/video.
Pavyzdžiai dėl vertės sumažėjimo:
– Tik atidaryta pakuotė, pilnas komplektas, nepažeista
– Sugadinta pakuotė (suplyšusi/sudrėkusi), prekė nenaudota
– Trūksta priedų/dokumentacijos
– Lengvi naudojimo pėdsakai (nuimtos plėvelės, mikroįbrėžimai)
– Matomi naudojimo požymiai (įbrėžimai, dėmės, naudojimo valandos)
– Negrįžtamai personalizuota/aktyvuota (programinė įranga/licencijos)
– Higienos prekės po pakuotės atidarymo (MK Nr.255, 22.5.) negrąžinamos
Atsisakymo teisė netaikoma tais atvejais, kurie nurodyti 2014-05-20 Ministrų kabineto nutarimo Nr.255 22 punkte, įskaitant:
· prekės kaina priklauso nuo finansų rinkos svyravimų;
· prekė pagaminta pagal vartotojo nurodymus ar personalizuota;
· prekė greitai genda arba greitai baigiasi jos tinkamumo vartoti terminas;
· prekė po pristatymo dėl savo savybių negrįžtamai susimaišo su kitais daiktais;
· atidaryta pakuotė prekių, kurios dėl higienos ar sveikatos apsaugos priežasčių negali būti grąžintos.
Pastaba: juridiniams ir savarankiškai dirbantiems asmenims taikoma 1 metų komercinė garantija, o 14 dienų atsisakymo teisė netaikoma.
