EMEET OfficeCore M2 Max Conference Speaker

The EMEET OfficeCore M2 Max is a conference speaker designed for everyday teamwork—in the office and in hybrid work settings. The device captures sound in a 360° range from up to 5 meters away, uses 48 kHz sampling, and features VoiceIA® technology, which improves speech clarity. In practice, this means that everyone at the table is clearly heard, and the conversation remains natural and clear. The device works immediately upon connection, supports wireless mode, and offers scalability, making it suitable for both individual workstations and medium to large conference rooms.

Omnidirectional Voice Pickup

The OfficeCore M2 Max is equipped with four high-sensitivity directional microphones that capture sound from all directions. This allows meeting participants to speak freely without having to change their position or lean toward the device. The high 48 kHz sampling rate translates to more accurate voice reproduction, which makes it easier to understand what is being said and reduces fatigue during longer conversations. The positioning system detects the active speaker, and an illuminated ring indicates the direction from which the voice is coming, making it easy to control the flow of the meeting.

Noise reduction and clear, uninterrupted communication

VoiceIA® technology focuses on the human voice, amplifying it while reducing echo and ambient noise. The suspended microphone chamber design reduces desk vibrations and interference generated by the speaker itself, further improving audio quality.

Clear sound throughout the room

The built-in 5 W speaker, with a volume of up to 89 dB, has been tuned for human speech, so the sound remains clear even for those sitting further away. There’s no need to crowd around the device to hear the conversation clearly. You can connect the device via USB-C and start working right away, or use Bluetooth to connect two devices simultaneously. The built-in battery increases mobility, and the ability to daisy-chain two units allows you to better tailor the sound system to larger meetings.

Compatibility and Convenient Setup

The EMEET OfficeCore M2 Max works with popular operating systems and video conferencing platforms, so you can easily adapt it to your current work environment. The EMEETLINK app allows you to change settings such as standby time, Bluetooth name, and software updates.

Procedure for returning goods and cash:

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

During the withdrawal period, you are entitled to use the goods only for inspection purposes (as in a store): to view visually, to check size; not to carry out manipulations (including not removing protective films, not activating software/OS, etc.).

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse the purchase amount paid within 14 days from the receipt of your notice. Additional delivery costs for more expensive services (express, delivery at a specific time, etc.) will not be refunded.

The goods must be returned to the bm.market store, Krasta Street 89, Riga, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. When receiving shipments by express mail/courier, we may record the visual condition and completeness of the goods; a copy of the inspection report will be sent to your e-mail. If you request us to arrange a courier, this is done by a responsible person of bm.market; courier costs will be deducted from the refund (the amount depends on the location in Latvia).

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless we have agreed in writing beforehand to cover them.

You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods if they are used in ways other than necessary for inspection. The decrease in value is reasonably documented by an inspection report and photo/video.

Indicative examples of value reduction:
– Packaging only opened, full set, undamaged
– Damaged packaging (torn/wet), product unused
– Missing accessories/documentation
– Light signs of use (removed films, micro scratches)
– Visible signs of use (scratches, stains, hours of operation)
– Irreversibly personalized/activated (software/licenses)
– Hygiene products, once opened (CM No.255, 22.5.), are non-returnable

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified in Clause 22 of Cabinet Regulation No.255 of 20.05.2014, including:
· the price of the goods depends on fluctuations in the financial market;
· the goods are made according to consumer specifications or personalized;
· the goods are perishable or have a short shelf life;
· the goods, due to their properties, after delivery become inseparably mixed with other items;
· opened packaging of goods that, for health/hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

Note: For legal entities and self-employed persons, the commercial warranty is 1 year, and the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
