Distance contract
The seller of the goods offered in this online store, SIA TehEksperts, Reg. No. 41503080333, legal address: Krasta 89, Riga, LV-1019, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.
Ordering, delivery and payment procedures
The Buyer orders the goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of the goods to be purchased. The Buyer has the option of paying for the goods using the payment tools built into the website or by paying the invoice corresponding to the order prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.
The Seller ensures the delivery of the goods by the delivery method chosen by the Buyer within 1-14 days (excluding weekends, holidays and vacations) from the date of receipt of payment for the goods, the delivery time being coordinated with the Buyer. In certain cases, the delivery time may be longer than 14 days, in advance coordinated with the Buyer, which depends on the specifics of the selected goods and the manufacturer. For goods of special configuration, the delivery time may be set at up to 60 days.
Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Goods by sending a letter of refusal to the Seller. The Seller shall send the letter of refusal form to the Buyer by e-mail at the Buyer's request.
The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the letter of refusal. All expenses incurred in connection with sending the goods back to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.
The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
- The ordered goods cannot be returned by their nature, or they are perishable or quickly expendable;
- The ordered goods are made specifically for the Buyer upon individual order;
- The Buyer has opened the packaging of an audio or video recording, or computer program.
Article 12, Part Six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold compensation if the goods are damaged, if the goods are treated carelessly during use or if the instructions for the goods are not followed, if the original packaging of the goods is lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged.
Data processing
By entering the required information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail address.
