Mesh 3.0 – stable communication in difficult conditions

Communication is handled by Mesh 3.0 technology, designed for motorcyclists traveling in varied terrain. Enhanced signal penetration and twice the connection strength allow you to stay in touch in tunnels, on winding roads, among hills, or in heavy traffic. In open environments, the intercom range exceeds 1,000 meters, and in more difficult conditions it is approximately 500 meters, which in practice allows for free communication in most riding scenarios. The system supports simultaneous conversations between up to eight motorcyclists on the same channel, allowing the entire group to exchange information in real time.

Multitasking audio and full call control

The use of a dual integrated circuit allows for the simultaneous use of several audio sources without loss of quality. During an intercom conversation, you can simultaneously listen to music or FM radio, and even share the songs you are playing with your riding companions. The system allows you to switch channels, adjust the microphone sensitivity in five levels, and quickly mute it, allowing you to tailor the intercom's performance to road conditions and your preferences. The built-in Bluetooth 5.1 module connects the device to your smartphone, allowing you to control music, listen to navigation messages, automatically answer calls, and activate your phone's voice assistant.

2K camera and documentation of each route

The device also functions as a driving recorder, integrating a 2K video and 12 MP photo camera directly into the helmet intercom. Recordings are made in real time while driving, and the image can be viewed simultaneously in the mobile app. The footage can be easily exported and shared on social media or sent to friends, preserving the most interesting moments of your trips. In the event of a collision, the app automatically secures the recording and saves the exposure settings, protecting key evidence of the incident.

Long battery life and performance

The 2100 mAh battery has been optimized for group communication and recording modes. The intercom itself can operate continuously for up to 17 hours, while simultaneous communication and video recording are possible for approximately 5.5 hours. These parameters allow for all-day group rides and multi-hour trips without the need for frequent charging. Operational stability is supported by a dual-chip electronic architecture that separates communication and multimedia tasks, maintaining smooth system operation.

Roadcam app

The dedicated Roadcam app for iOS and Android expands the intercom's functionality with Wi-Fi management of recordings and settings. It allows you to view live images, remotely browse, download, and play files, as well as quickly share content with other users. The app acts as a control center for the device, allowing you to customize the recorder's operation and manage recorded routes directly from your smartphone.

Procedure for returning goods and cash:

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

During the withdrawal period, you are entitled to use the goods only for inspection purposes (as in a store): to view visually, to check size; not to carry out manipulations (including not removing protective films, not activating software/OS, etc.).

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse the purchase amount paid within 14 days from the receipt of your notice. Additional delivery costs for more expensive services (express, delivery at a specific time, etc.) will not be refunded.

The goods must be returned to the bm.market store, Krasta Street 89, Riga, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. When receiving shipments by express mail/courier, we may record the visual condition and completeness of the goods; a copy of the inspection report will be sent to your e-mail. If you request us to arrange a courier, this is done by a responsible person of bm.market; courier costs will be deducted from the refund (the amount depends on the location in Latvia).

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless we have agreed in writing beforehand to cover them.

You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods if they are used in ways other than necessary for inspection. The decrease in value is reasonably documented by an inspection report and photo/video.

Indicative examples of value reduction:
– Packaging only opened, full set, undamaged
– Damaged packaging (torn/wet), product unused
– Missing accessories/documentation
– Light signs of use (removed films, micro scratches)
– Visible signs of use (scratches, stains, hours of operation)
– Irreversibly personalized/activated (software/licenses)
– Hygiene products, once opened (CM No.255, 22.5.), are non-returnable

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified in Clause 22 of Cabinet Regulation No.255 of 20.05.2014, including:
· the price of the goods depends on fluctuations in the financial market;
· the goods are made according to consumer specifications or personalized;
· the goods are perishable or have a short shelf life;
· the goods, due to their properties, after delivery become inseparably mixed with other items;
· opened packaging of goods that, for health/hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

Note: For legal entities and self-employed persons, the commercial warranty is 1 year, and the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
