Attiecībā uz iesniedzamajiem dokumentiem, parasti līzinga kompānija pieprasa tikai pases kopiju, kuru, saņemot preci, jāatdot kurjeram.

Atteikuma tiesības
Jums ir tiesības 14 (četrpadsmit) dienu laikā atteikties no preces, neminot iemeslu.
Termiņš beidzas 14 dienas pēc dienas, kad jūs vai jūsu norādīta trešā persona, kas nav pārvadātājs, iegūst preci valdījumā.

Atteikuma termiņā jums ir tiesības preci lietot tikai pārbaudes nolūkā (kā veikalā): vizuāli iepazīties, pārbaudīt izmēru; neveikt manipulācijas (t.sk. neplēst aizsargplēves, neaktivizēt programmatūru/OS u. tml.).
Ja atteiksieties no līguma, atmaksāsim samaksāto pirkuma summu 14 dienu laikā no jūsu paziņojuma saņemšanas. Papildu izmaksas par dārgāku piegādi (ekspress, piegāde noteiktā laikā u. tml.) netiek atmaksātas.
Prece jānogādā bm.market veikalā, Krasta ielā 89, Rīgā, bez nepamatotas kavēšanās un ne vēlāk kā 14 dienu laikā pēc paziņojuma. Saņemot sūtījumus ar eksprespastu/kurjeru, varam fiksēt vizuālo stāvokli un komplektāciju; konstatācijas akta kopiju nosūtām e-pastā. Ja lūdzat noorganizēt kurjeru, to piesaka bm.market atbildīgā persona; kurjera izmaksas tiks ieturētas no atmaksas (summa atkarīga no atrašanās vietas LV).
Atgriešanas tiešās izmaksas sedz pircējs, ja vien iepriekš rakstiski neesam piekrituši tās segt.
Jūs esat atbildīgs par preces vērtības samazināšanos, ja to lietojat citādi nekā pārbaudei nepieciešams. Vērtības samazinājumu pamatoti fiksējam ar konstatācijas aktu un foto/video.
Orientējoši vērtības samazinājuma piemēri:
– Tikai atvērts iepakojums, viss komplekts, nebojāts
– Bojāts iepakojums (saplēsts/samērcēts), prece nelietota
– Trūkst piederumu/dokumentācijas
– Vieglas lietošanas pēdas (noņemtas plēves, mikroskrambas)
– Redzamas lietošanas pazīmes (skrāpējumi, pleķi, nobraukuma stundas)
– Neatgriezeniski personalizēts/aktivizēts (programmatūra/licences)
– Higiēnas preces pēc iepakojuma atvēršanas (MK Nr.255 22.5.) ir neatgriežamas
Atteikuma tiesības neattiecas uz MK 20.05.2014. noteikumu Nr.255 22. punktā minētajiem gadījumiem, t.sk.:
· preces cena atkarīga no finanšu tirgus svārstībām;
· prece izgatavota pēc patērētāja norādījumiem vai personalizēta;
· prece ātri bojājas vai tai drīz beidzas derīguma termiņš;
· prece pēc piegādes tās īpašību dēļ neatgriezeniski sajaucas ar citām lietām;
· atvērts iepakojums precēm, kuras higiēnas/veselības apsvērumu dēļ nevar atdot atpakaļ.
Piezīme: juridiskām un pašnodarbinātām personām komercgarantija ir 1 gads, un 14 dienu atteikuma tiesības neattiecas.
