To avoid unnecessary delays and disputes when concluding the purchase agreement, please read and accept the most important terms of purchase of the goods offered by our store, set out below.
All prices include 21% Value Added Tax. The cost of the delivery service is not included in the stated price of the goods.
The stated prices are valid only while the goods are available. Our operator will inform you about availability after receiving your order.
BM.Market does not retain the purchase agreements concluded with buyers; agreements concluded through leasing companies are retained by the relevant leasing company.
Warranty service for the purchased goods is provided in accordance with the warranty conditions set by the manufacturer. The warranty period set by the manufacturer is stated in the product description.
When paying by bank transfer, the details of the buyer and the payer must match, and the payment reference must state the number of the invoice being paid.
Delivery of the ordered goods is made to the outer door of the building at the address stated in your order.
We cannot deliver to places where vehicles are prohibited from stopping, so before delivery please tell the operator the nearest place where the vehicle may stop.
For the delivery of large and heavy goods, we would be grateful for your help to the courier in lifting and moving the goods, and please warn us in advance if such help is not possible on your part.
The goods can be collected free of delivery charge at the BM.Market customer service centre at Krasta iela 89, Riga; the collection time must be arranged in advance with a customer service operator.
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.

During the withdrawal period you may use the goods only for inspection (as in a shop): examine them visually, check the size; do not carry out any manipulations (including do not tear protective films, do not activate software/OS, etc.).
If you withdraw from the agreement, we will refund the paid purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your notice. Additional costs for more expensive delivery (express, delivery at a specific time, etc.) are not refunded.
The goods must be returned to the bm.market store at Krasta iela 89, Riga, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the notice. The direct cost of returning is borne by the buyer, unless we have agreed in writing in advance to cover it.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods if you use them in a way other than necessary for inspection. Any diminished value is duly recorded by an inspection report and photo/video.
Note: for legal entities and self-employed persons the commercial warranty is 1 year, and the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
In the case of the right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the goods to the BM.Market store is borne by the consumer.
Consumer protection provisions do not apply where the goods are purchased by legal entities.
