Avatto WiFi WPM16-2 smart two-way energy meter
The Avatto WPM16-2 is a compact and easy-to-install bidirectional energy meter with a Wi-Fi module that allows remote measurement of power consumption and production in real time. It works well for both home installations and photovoltaic systems - enabling accurate monitoring of energy flow from the grid and PV panels.
Two-way energy measurement
The meter supports two measurement channels and is designed to work both ways - it can measure power consumption from the grid (import) and energy production from photovoltaics (export). This is particularly useful in installations with an inverter, where control over the amount of energy output and consumption is crucial.
View data in the app
The device connects to the home Wi-Fi network and sends data to the Tuya or Smart Life mobile app. The user has access to real-time energy consumption statistics - he can check voltage, current, power, as well as view hourly, daily, monthly and yearly consumption. This is a convenient way to control bills and optimize the performance of the home installation.
Safe and easy installation
The kit includes a sensor (CT) that simply clips onto the wires - no need to cut them. Installation is done without interfering with the electrical system. The module itself is compact and will fit into a standard switchboard. The condition for correct measurement is a current flow of more than 10W.
Customizable settings
In the application, the user can set minimum and maximum power thresholds, allowing a quick response in case of abnormal consumption or excessive production. This is a useful feature for those who want to protect equipment or monitor the performance of PV installations.
