Elinchrom Rotalux Indirect Softbox Octa 150 cm , perfect for fashion and portrait photography. In Rotalux Indirect Softboxes, the flash is mounted indirectly, backwards, inside the softbox, which gives a very even light image. Without a diffuser cloth mounted, the softbox provides lovely hard, crisp light with a quick transition between highlights and shadows. With duffus cloth installed, the light image becomes soft with a slow transition to shadow. The softbox folds up like an umbrella and is easily transported in the included bag.

Additional accessories

Both outer and inner diffusion fabric are included as standard. As an option, there is a recessed outer diffusion cloth (EL-26771) which provides increased control over the light flow, perfect when e.g. you want to avoid the light from the softbox hitting the background or when you want to highlight details in the image.

Rotagrid Raster

A very popular grid accessory, Rotagrid. Raster maintains the softbox's soft light image while the light spread gathers towards the center to slowly transition to shadow. The photographer can highlight important details in the subject at the same time as unwanted light spill on e.g. background can be avoided.
